Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) during pregnancy is a relatively common condition that affects many expectant mothers. In this article, I will discuss some reasons why pregnant women might experience restless legs, as well as natural remedies that may provide relief.

Restless Legs causes in Pregnancy
The exact cause of restless legs in pregnancy is not fully understood, but several factors are believed to contribute to its occurrence.
Hormonal Changes
Pregnancy brings about significant hormonal fluctuations in a woman's body. Changes in hormone levels, particularly estrogen and progesterone, may play a role in triggering or exacerbating restless legs in some pregnant women.
Iron Deficiency

Leg Massage: Take a small amount of the diluted essential oil mixture and gently massage it onto your legs, focusing on the areas experiencing restlessness.
