Cedarwood has many anti-inflammatory properties to aid in the healing of concussions, strokes, and seizures; as well as calming properties that are amazing for sleep, focus, and concentration. With all of its great benefits, it's no wonder that early Native Americans used Cedarwood to treat fevers and colds.
