Tea tree, also known as Melaleuca oil, has strong antibacterial properties. It has proved very effective in treating athlete's foot, crapes and cuts, acne, nail fungus, lice, dandruff, and insect bites. It reduces inflammation and enhances healing. It is my "go-to" for any type of wound.
